  • 100ml cold brew coffee (low-acid, for balance)

  • 40ml fresh pear juice (or sub honeydew melon juice)

  • 1 Rotass 8g cream charger

  • Ice (for serving)

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Prep the Components

  • Brew green tea double-strength (2 tsp matcha or 1 tbsp sencha per 60ml hot water), then chill.

  • Strain cold brew coffee to remove sediments.
