Shipping Address

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.

  • Payment must be completed before dispatch.

  • US-only shipping: We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

⚠️ PO Boxes Not Accepted: Due to product dimensions, we require a residential or business address.

    • Free shipping on orders over $69.

    • Orders under $69, you need to pay extra $5.99 shipping fee.

  2. Order Modifications

    • Changes must be requested via email within 24 hours of purchase.

    • No modifications allowed once the order ships.

  3. Processing Time

    • Orders typically process within 0–1 business day.

  4. Delivery Time

    • 2–5 business days (varies by location and carrier).

    • Holidays (e.g., Independence Day, Labor Day, Christmas) may cause delays. You’ll receive email updates if affected.

    • Stuck in "Label Created" for 4+ days? Contact us for carrier resolution or reshipment.

  6. Wholesale Orders

    • Please contact rotass@cqthqt.com to check the inventory and shipping fee. Currently we can delivery pallet orders to USA and European countries, for other regions the minum order quantity would start from 1 full container.
