Rotass, founded in 2022, was established to meet the culinary gas needs of the food and beverage industry. Initially supplying carbon dioxide to major brands like Coca-Cola and Pepsi, we expanded into the cream whipping sector. To ensure uncompromising quality, we built our own factory to produce canisters and fill them with our proprietary gas blends, to deliver an exceptional and unforgettable whipping experience.

Made with precision

Our canister manufacturing begins with precision steel shaping, followed by top shrinking to form the canister structure. Each unit undergoes thorough acid washing and meticulous cleaning to ensure cleanliness. We then fill the canisters with our self-produced, food-grade nitrous oxide and hermetically seal them. This rigorous process eliminates any residue or off-tastes, guaranteeing a flawless whipping experience every time.

Each charger features a narrow end sealed with a breakable foil membrane—when punctured, it releases gas instantly for complete, even dispersion throughout your mixture.

  • Cream chargers serve three primary purposes:

    1. Whipping Agent – Creates light, airy textures in beverages and desserts (ideal for cafes and dessert shops).
    2. Bartending Tool – Enables rapid infusion and high-pressure extraction for craft cocktails.

  • For optimal results, we recommend using one 8g cream charger per 360ml of fresh cream plus 20ml syrup to achieve a smooth, velvety texture. If working with larger volumes (over 400ml), first shake the mixture with one charger, then add a second charger to ensure full aeration and maintain a light, fluffy consistency.
